4Life Participates in DSA Be Connected Conference
Salt Lake City, Utah (December 12, 2011) 4Life employees were among hundreds of key industry leaders who participated in this year’s Direct Selling Association (DSA) Be Connected Conference in Henderson, Nevada. The annual event is designed as a best practices exchange to better equip corporate employees to serve independent distributors.
The focus of this year’s curriculum included social media, field development, and innovative marketing solutions. 4Life Web Services Director Nelson Altamirano was among the conference speakers. The focus of his presentation was on microsites, mobile technology, and ways that corporations can leverage technology to support leaders in the field.
Vice President of Communications Calvin Jolley: “Participation in these types of events distinguishes 4Life as a leader in the industry. Nelson’s presentation was important because it highlighted many ways in which we exceed our competitors in terms of the kind of online tools and resources we offer the field: mobile-ready websites, social media platforms, in-depth splash sites, and extensive back office reporting are just a few of the online opportunities that we invest in for our distributors.”
4Life is good standing member in more than a dozen Direct Selling Associations (DSA) around the world, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Korea, Philippines, Colombia, Taiwan, Ecuador, Mexico, Thailand, Chile, Spain, and Indonesia.
As a member of the top 100 global companies in the direct selling industry (Direct Selling News Global 100) and a long-time member of the DSA, 4Life pledges to follow the DSA’s ethical business practices as set forth in the Code of Ethics. The DSA's mission strives to “protect, serve, and promote the effectiveness of member companies and the independent business people they represent.”
